Product Refunds

Printed Books and Software maybe returned for refund minus shipping and handling within 30 days of a receipt; provided the products meet the following conditions:

• Any software CDs must be sealed and unopened within their package.
• Books are undamaged and do not have marks, folds, or blemishes in any of the pages.

eBooks maybe returned for a refund within 10 Days of a receipt.

This offer does not apply if the product has been altered or damaged.

Products come with their own specific warranty information. Please read the product warranty before use.

Products shipped to countries outside the USA might incure a import tax. Some countries have an import tax and others do not. Our shipping costs only cover the shipment and not the import tax. The buyer is responsible for paying any local income taxes. We will not accept returns on refusal to pay any import taxes.
