Annabooks Releases New Book for Windows 11 IoT
Enterprise
Indio, Calif., June 18, 2026 – Annabooks is pleased to
announce the release of Starter Guide for Windows® 11 IoT
Enterprise written by Sean D. Liming and John R. Malin.
Windows® 11 IoT Enterprise is a special version of Windows
11 designed for OEMs to build IoT/Embedded Systems. The new
book builds on the development workflow introduced for
Windows 10 IoT Enterprise and adds topics for design
planning, new utilities, and more information on
performance.
“Windows 11 IoT Enterprise continues the tradition to bring
the desktop operating system to the Embedded Market.”, says
Sean D. Liming, co-author. “We have also include a getting
started project template that contains the answer files and
a distribution share with all the core details for a new
project.”
The book has 15 chapters that cover the updated development
workflow, security, foot print reduction, and updates. There
are over 24 hands on exercises scattered throughout the
book. One chapter pulls all the topics together to walk
through the workflow to create a weather station device that
sends data to Azure IoT Central. Exercise files are
downloadable from the Annabooks website.
The book is priced at $49.95, and USA and UK customers can
purchase the book through Annabooks.com. World wide
distribution will be made available in a couple weeks.
